Initial Phone Consultation

Free (15 min)

This option is a great way to ask any questions you may have about my counselling practice, learn more about my approach and the services I offer, and discuss what you are looking for.

Individual Counselling Session

$155 (50 min)

I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for you. The session aims to foster self-reflection, promote understanding, and develop coping strategies tailored to you.

Group Counselling & Support Groups

Health Benefits & Coverage

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I am typically covered under most health care benefits.

*Please note that I do not offer direct billing at this time.

I am also approved to offer counselling through the Crime Victim Assistance Program. Please reach out to discuss accessing this offering.
